2013 Park City Point 2 Point Registration Nears

January 31, 2013 by admin

REGISTRATION OPENING FOR 2013 POINT 2 POINT!!!

The Park City Point 2 Point sold out in less than 4 minutes last year, it is safe to say that stage one of the 2013 Point 2 Point is going to be simply getting an entry to race.

REGISTRATION OPEN:  February 15th, 7PM Sharp (Mountain Standard Time)

WHERE:  Online Registration Only > http://pcpp.athlete360.com

HOW:  Interested racers should visit athlete360.com and create or update their profiles to make sure they are prepared for the “mad-dash” to get a spot.  You can never tell if the event will sell out as quickly as it has in past years, but if you are dead-set on racing, you should make plans to be at a computer with a fast internet connection at 7PM sharp February 15th.

The 5th Annual Park City Point 2 Point endurance mountain bike race will be held on Labor Day weekend (August 31st, 2013) in beautiful Park City, Utah.  This mountain bike race is extremely unique in the fact that it is a true point to point, never crossing or using the same trail twice, and it’s over 90% singletrack!  Racers are clamoring over one another to participate in this event.  The race travels 75 miles and climbs 14,000’ as it winds through the Wasatch Mountains.

Event Details

  • • Event date: Labor Day weekend 2013, race is Saturday, August 31st, 2013 – 7AM Start Time
  • • 350 Racer Cap
  • • 75 miles & 14,000’ climbing | 90% singletrack
  • • Legit Point to Point  | Never on same trail twice

Past National Talent

Still no chance of a jump start early registration for past riders? Hope Alex has quick fingers and fast Internet.

People are asking, and yes Moosepuddle Trail (at UOP) is closed currently, workaround for pre-riding to the finish for now is here > > > >
- Off Mid-Mtn onto Ambush
- Down to Rosebuds Heaven (adds a little to the climbing...about 350')
- Rosebuds to Rob's and down to parking lot, left on the road headed up
- Right off the roadway onto Iron Bill...and now you're back on track!
