June 4, 2020 by admin

2020 Point 2 Point riders and racers, we are disappointed to join the ranks of so many other local and national events and will be canceling this year's festivities. We will be back in 2021, mark your calendar now; the date will be Saturday, September 4, 2021. Through the years, we've worked hard to build a strong reputation as a must-do event. With that in mind, I don't feel we can execute … Read More

Do Your Body a Favor!

April 27, 2020 by admin

My name is Jay (I'm the P2P Race Director) and I'm over 50 years old and still active with multiple mountain sports that include alpine skiing and touring, bike racing/riding of all sorts, and nordic skiing, just to … Read More

#PCP2P2019 Race Report

September 3, 2019 by admin

Evelyn Dong and Alex Grant Conquer the Singletrack at PCP2P Written by: Shannon Boffeli Warm temperatures and a usually dry climate led up to this year’s Park City Point 2 Point.  It was clear that year eleven of northern Utah’s premier mountain bike event was going to be a challenge. Not just because of the 75-miles of singletrack and nearly 12,000 feet of climbing but the added … Read More

First, packet pick-up is this Friday between 3PM - 7PM (racer address is at 6:30PM). The location is at the Basin Recreation Field House located at Kimball Junction. These are a few of the topics that will be covered on Friday night at the Racers Address.• No parking at … Read More

Park City Point 2 Point Donates Mid-Mountain Trail Bike Stand

September 18, 2013 by admin

The Park City Point 2 Point (PCP2P) held their annual Labor Day Weekend mountain bike race again this summer, hosting athletes from 24 states and running the event over 75 miles of Park City trails.  As a show of appreciation for allowing the event to take over the trail system for one day each year, they have recently purchased a bike repair stand for the Mid-Mountain Trail. The bike stand is … Read More

Stay in Park City for the P2P Weekend!

July 3, 2013 by admin

Where Are You Staying During the Point 2 Point Weekend? There are many options for lodging in Park City, Utah, our suggestion would be to stay with one of your partner groups.  Either at Canyons Resort, great location at the finish line of the resort, or in town at The Peaks hotel.  The Peaks is a great property with an exceptional rate, convenient location (you can ride to the start in the … Read More

#PCP2P Goodie Grab, thanks to these partners > Stanley Gripit Sports Skullcandy GRIP6 PitViper #CacheTailgatePad

Get out there and find it now (hidden on 10/15), you're looking for the Stanley Lunch Box. It will be found on the P2P course somewhere within the first 15 miles. HINT: If you were having trouble during the race, this would be a good spot to "call for help." HINT #2: there is an image of it posted here (look hard).

And if you find it...and don't post about it - bad trail karma will fall upon you
